Patriarchy isn’t about winning, it’s about surviving!
No matter where you look there has never been a safety net for men throughout history. Men have always either been the hunter or they’ve been the hunted. Either the dinosaur became breakfast or the dinosaur had man for their breakfast.
For some reason, it hasn’t occurred to people concerned that any legislatively approved protecting any minority also serves to protect any corresponding majority in like manner. Otherwise such a law would undoubtedly be a violation of, or change to (if you prefer), our United States Constitution where it requires equal protection {for ALL citizens} under such law.
Neither does it matter whether or not you believe feminist theories or not – there’s no excuse for short lists in favor of any immutable identity group. THINK, How long now before water fountains will be labeled women only – sound familiar?
Sooner or later it’ll have to be recognized that the only reason that female humans and male humans are recognized as the same species is their ability to reproduce. Take away reproduction and they’d (men & women) cease to be of the same species.
PS. An artificial womb would supplant female humans – it’s as simple as that.
