Where is it written that political parties are somehow sacrosanct and immune from prosecution for criminal behavior?

The first hurtle being ‘standing’ to bring RICO action is literally falling out trees all across America like ripe delicious fruit. Unlike the poisonous fruit being used by respondent democrat party members to interfere with the 2024 presidential election.

Only with enough pressure on these corrupt socialist democrats will the Justice Department ever see their obligation to prosecute such crimes – lest they be named as well.

I say democrat party because that’s the catalyst that connects all of these criminal actors across state lines in their effort to defraud the American voters in violation of the Federal RICO Act rather than some individual state’s version.

The very first move upon filing should be to move for recognition as a Class Action on behalf of all American voters. It doesn’t matter whether your for or against Donald Trump for President, it’s your right to vote for or against him unencumbered – otherwise you’ve literally been disenfranchised by a single organized conspiracy. Whether this corrupt organization is cited as the democrat party or something else it’s all the same corruption.

Does America still have those stainless steel balls it took to write and send our Declaration of Independence to the strongest country on the planet – because that’s what’s needed here and now.

PS1. Property values are indeed determined by socialist governments in the absence of a free market to determine them. So when do you think government judges became property appraisers – before or after These United States became just another socialist loser in the history of humanity?

PS2. Have you ever seen a property tax appraiser that is the final word on property values in a ‘free market’? If yu want to know whether assertions herein are true or not look no farther than the valuation of your home for tax purposes on your personal tax statement for the answer.
