It is why all the intelligence agencies become Chinese fire drills. If you can't trust anyone how can you organize anything? Trust is a fundamental requirement for civilization. We now live in a society where nobody trust anyone else including their children, parents and spouses. Bad families make for failed civilizations. It all comes down to morality. The problem is you and me and everyone else can't agree on what is moral.
