When I wrote about the eventual tide of cancel culture sweeping through the very community where it originated, I mentioned a similar historical episode instructive on the matter. As evidence of this, Black Lives Matter protesters arrived on the streets of Beverly Hills this past Friday, chanting a slogan that originated in that previous episode in France: “Eat The Rich.”
