On Friday night, the St. Louis couple now under investigation for wielding their guns as hundreds of demonstrators paraded through their private neighborhood on their way to protest outside of Mayor Lyda Krewson’s home joined Donald Trump, Jr. and several other high-profile backers of the president in a virtual campaign event, in the process giving a virtual middle finger to St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, who’s complained that the vocal support for the couple from the president, Missouri Governor Brad Parson, and Senator Josh Hawley amount to interference in her investigation.
