I didn't know you need all of that porassium. I grew up we ith the food guide pyramid and the biggest part of the food guide pyramid is carbs. Then the my plate came and a big part of it is carbs. The average plate should be half protein, fat and the other half should be vegetables.

I agree . I never realized how toxic bread is.
The church lied to us for thousands of years.

Europeans came from mostly meat so it's hard for us to digest wheat and grain. The way wheat, grains and most fruits are processed makes it even worse on us. Other races camo ftom wheat and grain do it's easier for them to digest. Most of the population can do keto. A small population for people that need to do carnivore and the smallest population for people that need to be vegan. I have long term damage from wheat.
