I have to say....
"Mayor Lightfoot of Chicago said there had to be consequences for the looting that happened in Chicago."
She meant to the rich companies whose stores were looted....
NOT the looters whom she feels got what they deserved - FREE STUFF!!

Chicago has always been broken.
That was the plot to " Married with children".
All Al had to do was : Take one week off from work to get training for a less humiliating job.
For $6000 , he could have been a real estate loan broker just like Marcy's husbands. In real life, COVID19 would have driven all mall patrons to homelessness.
