Considering Mr. President works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,, 52 weeks a year, he best be around the White House when he is talking to reporters.

Yea, that law is over 80 years old and nobody pays attention to it anyway so we don't need to bother enforcing it unless some liberal breaks it.
