First, it doesn't have to be directly targeting Donald Trump for it to be ultimately aimed at taking him down - although there probably was some of that, too. Nor does it have to be elected Democrats who personally engaged in behaviors that should be considered illegal - although there may have been some of that, too.

As for what WAS done illegally... To begin with, you have Kevin Clinesmith, who has plead guilty to altering an email used to obtain a FISA warrant. I think this was one of the 17 "errors or omissions" IG Horrowitz found in this one FISA application. I wonder if any more of these could lead to prosecutions...

Also, there have been seriously questionable antics from judges Amy Berman Jackson and Emmett Sullivan in the Stone and Flynn cases - both stemming from the bunk investigations into the Trump campaign.

Then you have John Brennan's hand-written notes about Hillary Clinton's plan to stir up a scandal by claiming interference from Russian security services in the "hacking" of the DNC server (which they did not turn over to the FBI to confirm their claims of Russian hacking). Given what has transpired since then, if this is not evidence of something criminal, it is evidence of something that SHOULD be criminal.

I believe the Durham investigation (which was declared a criminal investigation) is still going, so there could be more to see in terms of crimes that were committed in the course of Operation Crossfire Hurricane and the Mueller investigation. Apparently, Daniel Jones - who has been connected to Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein, has been subpoenaed by Durham. Theories have been floated as to the reason for the subpoena, but I will await further developments.

I'm sure there is plenty more, too, but this should do for now...

If you claim credit for success and fail to accept the faults that were made in developing those successes, then that makes you a hypocrite. This is why Americans avoid Canada : TOO much hypocrisy .
