November 3, 2020, Canada’s top doctor (Canada not so lucky – Only one!) now says the federal health agency is recommending people wear a three-layer mask, up from the two layers previously recommended. Theresa Tam says updated guidelines will be posted online. Theresa earlier said to make love with a mask.
