No, because what is considered "normal" is always changing. Compare normal in 2020 to 2010 to 2000 to 1990 and so forth.
I think it will be considered common to see people in the U.S wearing masks even five years from now. I think the social argument will be made that, if masks are good against COVID, why shouldn't some stores require them to prevent colds and flu, such as grocery stores, to keep people from sneezing on produce and such?
