The guilty verdict was a foregone conclusion. His guilt or innocence didn’t matter. They had no choice but to find him guilty based upon the threats of and calls for violence by the left. They could have had our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ being tried and they would have called for Him to be crucified.

When a case is tried in the court of public opinion, the facts don’t matter. Difference is, when they did this to the perfect and sinless God who came to save them from the consequences of their sin, Jesus took the punishment willingly knowing before he ever came what they would do to Him and then at the end, He called out to the father asking Him not to hold this sin against them.

QUESTION FOR THE BLM MOB: Did being part of the lynch mob make you feel good? And will your self-righteous justification for demanding your pound of flesh protect you when you have to stand before your creator?
