Level 6

I'm generally a "pick and choose your battles" type of person. I cope with it by just approaching conversations calmly and speaking in a simple manner.

Level 10

By facing it head on and getting it over with, so to speak.

I've done that on several occasions when discussing politics with my family. I think not thinking helps.
