HUGE! Supreme Court upholds the Trump administration's 'Remain in Mexico' policy

The Biden administration was ordered to reinstate the policy.

The Supreme Court upheld a lower court's ruling to order the Biden administration to continue the "Remain in Mexico" policy implemented by the Trump administration.
The court said it was likely the Biden administration violated federal law in rescinding Trump's "Remain in Mexico" policy, which kept immigrants seeking asylum on the Mexico side of the southern border. The three liberal justices dissented, the Associated Press reported.

Since BeijingBiden is deliberately breaking the law on the eviction thingie, why would he bother listening to a SCOTUS ruling that went against him? He'll continue until he is personally brought before SCOTUS -- when the sun goes dark.
The rule of law no longer matters. We found that out when SCOTUS refused to hear Tx (et al) case on election illegality.

@Garsco Absolutely none whatsoever.

So the Nine Old Fogies on the bench are actually good for something, once in a while.

@Garsco Considering that only Associate Justice Thomas has any real integrity or desire to uphold the Constitution of the United States, I still find it refreshing that the other 5 joined him for once.
