Were all the victims White? If so then no way was it an act of terrorism nor was it a hate crime ...we all know this...right?

No amount of 'justice' or 'accountability' replaces a loved one.
As long as people think, however little or badly, that it is ok to mow someone down (with gun or vehicle), there is no society, only a collection of tribes.
