FDIC Chairman resigning after penning WSJ op-ed warning that Democrats are pushing a hostile takeover of the independent agency

"Never before has a majority of the board attempted to circumvent the chairman to pursue their own agenda,” FDIC Chairman Jelena MCWilliams wrote.
