I would write the group a letter explaining that racism has been tried before and a generation of blacks fought for integration because of the results of separating people by color.

When you begin to separate people, you also begin to finds ways of competing qualities and characteristics which leads to further division and acrimony.

Indonesia will need it's own section.
Also are Maori now white because they are New Zealanders ?

I would bet that the wait staff will argue over who works the white section vs the black section...Blacks are notorious for sending food back, complaining, changing their minds after orders are placed, trying to get out of paying and do not tip....whites on the other hand order, say thank you, and tip the waiters/waitresses. Then leave politely and quietly.
So whoever owns that restaurant I wish them good luck...wait staff won't be happy he can be sure of that.

When you declare anyone any color, you are by definition a racist.

Human genome sequencing proved decades ago that there are no "races" among human beings. There are cultural differences. Almost everyone thinks their own culture is smarter than anyone else, which logically can't be true. But calling anyone a color and then claiming they are being fair is just plain stupid.
