The 1949 Geneva Convention Knew What A 'Woman' Is. But How Could They Tell?

Sex-based rights, reality, and 'gender'

  • Women shall be treated with all the regard due to their sex and shall in all cases benefit by treatment as favourable as that granted to men. […]

  • In any camps in which women prisoners of war, as well as men, are accommodated, separate dormitories shall be provided for them. […]

  • Women shall be especially protected against any attack on their honour, in particular against rape, enforced prostitution, or any form of indecent assault. […]

  • [In confinement,] Account shall be taken of the internee's age, sex and state of health.

—Geneva Convention (III) on Prisoners of War 1949 - 14, 25, 27, 119

It is obvious that the biological males in the leftist movement are jealous of women and want the same protections without giving the same level of social benefit as women. I have yet to see a "transgender woman" give birth to a living human child. That is the highest benefit to society as a whole and the reason why women are afforded so much deference in the first place.
