BeijingBiden has repeatedly stated that this and that EOrder was unconstitutional but that is OK -- 'cause by the time the courts get around to it "we" will have accomplished what we want.

He is an illegitimate Pres. He swore to uphold the Const and repeatedly openly violates it .

Why?

Primarily it was because he’s seen President Obama Bin Satan get away with making law with no interference by the legislative branch nor from the judicial branch. He has even done it himself and gotten away with it (especially during the Plandemic.).

Secondarily, because he knew that even if he didn’t get away with it again, he’d still win the votes of the ignorant and the irresponsible. Those with their hands perpetually out will reward those making even impossible claims that they will put money into those outstretched hands. .

My guess: he didn't want to appear to influence the election. If he told those kids that Congress is the only place it could be done they would have voted for representatives and senators who would pass it.

Really? That's a stupid question. How can you tell when a politician is lying? His or her lips are moving.
