DIE

Diversity - this is the identifying and labeling of groups.
Inclusion - this is the forced intermingling of groups.
Equity - this is the final goal. Equal outcomes for everyone, where everyone owns nothing, except those who are in control of ensuring you own nothing.

Diversity is more like profiling and identity politics. The groups have more or less been defined now and it is only a matter of slotting individuals into them, feminists, Blacks, Asians, the poor, the rich, the middle class, Whites, LGBTQ+, religious persuasion, political leanings, criminals, culture, ethnicity. There is some intersectionality in these groups as well.

Inclusion is the forcing of these groups to intermingle to bring them into proximity with each other. Factors such as meritocracy, aptitude, etc., are ignored in order to force this intermingling. Could it be that these groups form communities naturally? Birds of a feather, flock together. There are Black communities, rich communities, Asian communities, the LGBTQ+ community (a fabricated community that labels and lumps together alternative style gender fluid identities). Generally, natural grouping occurs and only forced intermingling creates friction. There are things that naturally create friction like jealousy, envy, crime, etc., but laws of enforcement to intermingle are the worst cause of friction. Blacks in the sixties were calling for equal treatment under the law. The government delivered them desegregation providing them equal access to previously segregated areas. Finally - equality! Really? today some Blacks are calling for segregation to create a renewal of their cultural identities. It's a problem because they aren't calling themselves American. They were mostly brought here by force when slavery was an acceptable practice as it had been for millenia. Slavery disappeared in modern western nations and quite a few Blacks wish to throw off their American label in favor of donning the cloak of their ancestral heritage. Unfortunately, It no longer exists, even from whence their ancestors came.

Anyway, the worst friction in a nation comes from a government that forces inclusion or exclusion by law. Segregation laws are just as bad as desegregation laws. The individual is the weakest unit in any society and equality under the law for the individual is how it should be applied not equality under the law for groups.

Just some thoughts on how we are being led down the garden path.
