I watch movies with dialogue that has depth, and that have human actors. There are actually some decent ones out there, but not usually from Hollywood, Disney or Netflix.
I think it will eventually be proved that people who grow up watching cartoons lack human interaction skills because they have very little experience reading sophisticated facial communication. Sophisticated facial communication is well demonstrated in the better films.
But not well demonstrated among the socially or economically disadvantaged, and poorly educated. Their way out depends in part on learning facial communication.
