The bioweapons programme is integral to the casus belli in Ukraine, and the extended project to effect regime change and asset-strip Russia. It also runs directly to trying to remove the primary challenge to the West's fiat/crypto ponzi. Russia and China together create a contiguous trading bloc that is focal for much of the planet and is operating in tangible currency rather than snake-oil. This is existential for both sides. The powers running the western governments - Janus, aka the Davos crowd - are running out of options and thus accelerating their lunacy.
