Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Sadly, the women who were murdered were twice victims, first of the cartels and their rape culture and then by the man whom those cartels keep bringing back. The fault lies with Congress for not fixing the immigration law and making it easier for the cartels to earn illicit lucre.
