Most Turkish shotguns, while good, need you to strip them and clean them for manufacturing remains before they operate reliably. But that's what you get for the price, so it's par for the course. Other than that, they don't have any major issue.
Plus, the advantage a shotgun such as the Escort Bulltac would have over the KS7 isn't limited to price: the availability of Kel-Tec products is known to be sketchy, because they just can't meet the demand. They can't make enough guns to sell to everybody who's asking for them. The Turks can make tons of guns in very little time.
