Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Another explanation could be Kim is just taking precautions due to the prevalence of COVID19 in North Korea. This would make good sense as he does have many of the risk factors. Like China North Korea’s government has no priority to simply be honest. It’s all about propaganda, controlling its people and control of the military.
