The good part about this sort of threat is that if someone pulls a gun on you, you automatically have the RIGHT to Shoot Them DEAD. (Self Defense)
Not only is the “doc” here a bit of an idiot, she obviously doesn’t know the LAW ... which is a bit odd for a CCW ...
IN DEFENSE of One’s Person ... or Others ... you are Allowed to respond to Force with a Corresponding Level of Force.
Her pulling her gun would be escalating the situation to one of Deadly Force and, if she kills someone, she’s toast. If she gets killed, the Other Person Walks under the rules of Self Defense.

What positive assertion can one make about this supposed pandemic apart from unearthing many of the mentally deranged that have hitherto been secreted within our society.

Sad thing is, since this crazy broad has made a public committment to this she might well try it.
