The time is current, or now, not the past and not the future on planet Earth and business as usual has been Empire Oceania Rising to a Peak Oil Petrodollar Hegemony while Eastasia Falls into the dumpster dungeon of Medieval Times at Bargain Basement Prices, torture and children for sale for a Siren’s Song and Dance, or a fraudulent receipt for non-existent 30 pieces of Silver.
And then there is the Belt and Road Eastasia Boom to Rise the new Favored Nation-State Legal Fiction with a new location for the 10-Mile Square Center of Global Outlawry.

Then we all learned who owns the media, and Hollywood. We watched our banking and financial system fall into private hands, but we were still verbotten to name the Jew. Now they are enacting laws making it verbotten to name the Jew. I think its time to name the Jew

Individuals are not necessarily accounted as being responsible.
All these individuals were responsible for the Jewish Bolshevism in Russia that slaughtered millions of Christians between 1918-1966. Yeltsin opened the archives in 1994 so we have all the names. Here are the individuals responsible and the coincidence that 86% of the individuals at the top of the original Soviet communist government were Jews, who setup the GULAGs and the execution centers, as well as the HOLODOMORS between 1922 and 1934 that drove European Christians to cannibalism through planned mass starvation by Sverdlov, Trotsky, Zarubin, Eisler, and Yagoda...ALL Bolshevik Jews.

Defendant is forensically correct and to add a claim of membership in a group is a curious additional record of significance known only to whoever makes such a claim.
Those who are suspected of having perpetrated a crime are named individually by their names and they belong in the group known as defendants.
Once the evidence convicts them, because they were the convicts that convinced themselves that they could get away with the crime, then the defendants officially belong in the group known as convicts, or criminals, or Defendants Found Guilty by due process of law.
Then the individuals are offered a justifiable remedy.
If the individual does not justifiably accept the remedy, then the Defendant Found Guilty again chooses Outlawry.
Outlaws in Outlawry are in two groups:
Outlaws in Outlawry Never Subject to Trial by Jury according to the Law.
Outlaws in Outlawry Found Guilty by Law and choosing to remain Outlaws in Outlawry.
What happens to Outlaws no longer in Outlawry because they accept a Lawful remedy?
If you prefer not to answer any of my questions, and you prefer to blame a Collective Group like Jews for crimes done by individuals claiming to belong to a Group, then consider, if you will, the fact that criminals, as a rule, make fraudulent claims about Collective Groups.
As a rule, the criminals do not announce that they are The Criminals belonging to the Collective Group known as The Criminals.
As a rule, the criminals make fraudulent claims about their Criminal Group, such as claiming that their Criminal Group is a National Religion.
National Religion X, Y, or Z, does not matter, what matters is that the criminals harm innocent people and that warrants a method of protecting the innocent victims from the criminals, and if there is a process that proceeds to reach the goal of protecting and serving the people threatened by the criminals, then that process, as a rule, must proceed from a whole truth foundation STEP to another whole truth foundation STEP, or, failing to do so, the defenders end up becoming the offenders because they were misled by the criminal frauds hiding behind a National Religion Scam.
