Next Tuesday. Information flowing through the World Wide Web (of deceit) suggesting a new defensive action according to Roman Civil Rules.

Those who read what I report may by now know that I make an effort to segregate Law from Statute with information that belongs to either of the two processes. Law is grass-roots, for example, which means that Law is organic, and law is adaptive, creative, and fit for each new situation. Statutes are after-the-fact RULES attempting to close what was an open door – opportunity – for criminals to commit crime on defenseless victims.

The saying goes: Close the gate after the horses have left.

Another saying goes: A three sided fence does not fence in a square area.

Law is the acknowledgment of how mankind is naturally evolving as a living species in a naturally constructed psychical reality: factual truth. An example of Law that is codified – made into code – is found in at least 3 well known messages written in many languages from ancient times up to our current reality.

Independent (not a member of organized crime) Prosecutors, Independent Grand Jurors, Independent Trial Jurors, adjudicating conflicts before conflicts become violent, while conflicts are violent, and after-the-fact in cases of violent aggression cases perpetrated by criminals alone or organized criminals who have conspired to help each other during the act of aggression upon innocent victims.

That above is The Law, for those who are fooled by the confusion perpetrated by Treasonous Frauds.

Confusion about The Law is accomplished as Treasonous Frauds Conspire to form Organized Crime hidden behind a false front, a false flag, and a Confidence, or Pyramid, Scheme, whereby the Rules that Conspiring Criminals use to keep themselves from harming each other during their crime spree, are Rules that they Commingle with The Law. Those RULES that Criminals use are Statutes, Ordinances, Acts, Licenses, and other suggestions that are always up to interpretation by anyone who is on the receiving end of one of those messages. Someone on the receiving end of a message formed as a Statute will interpret the message in their unique way at any time, in any place, to fit their own power of reason, judgment, knowledge, wisdom, brain power, intelligence, etc.

Law is voluntary, as it abides by natural laws, such as the natural law the places intelligence into life forms such as mankind.

Statutes are attempts at fooling targeted victims into a condition of vulnerability. Once a targeted victim has given up on their own power of reason, they are then disarmed, defenseless, and ripe for criminals who are then given the opportunity to harm the undefended.

Statutes are only involuntary when the attempt to deceive the targeted victims is effective. This is the true meaning of the message that offers defensive power to those who can know the meaning of the message: The truth will set you free. The facts that matter in any case of enslavement by deception will set the slave free from that enslavement by deception.

Example:
“A jury of twelve local farmers, all men and all white according to Levinson, rule in favor of Freeman in 1781, giving her freedom and awarding her 30 shillings in damages.”

Slaves disarmed by falsehood will claim that slavery was legal, or lawful, or common to mankind before a few special people over ruled those who made slavery legal.

That is false in fact. That is an example of the falsehood that disarms people, making people ripe for exploitation by criminals who counterfeit The Law.

As to the link above, the Statutes enforced by criminals counterfeiting government are easily exposed as deals made by criminals when the wording of the Statute confesses actions done in the past, being done now, or will be done in the future, by criminals who do unto others that which they themselves would defend against were anyone to dare to do the same to them, ever.

A Statute that makes slaves out of some people, enslaves everyone, and that is a fact.

That is a fact that matters, like it or not.

Texas, actually people claiming to represent The People (everyone) in Texas, was denied mutual defense against a Treasonous Fraudulent Election, and the denial was claimed to be based upon so-called “Standing.”

Standing is admitted to be a tactic of deception by those who use Standing Dogma to protect and serve themselves, at the expense of their victims. This is part of what is called Legalese, which is itself deception. Treasonous Frauds use words like Legalese, to make crime “legal.”

To work around the infringement of the natural right of defense, the people representing the people as a whole, are now pleading their case from another angle as if the square fenced in area built out of Treasonous Fraud has only 3 sides to that falsehood fence.

They are still pleading with treasonous criminals, and without any reason, without an intelligence, they expect to force the treasonous criminals to admit the fiction that they use to defend their crimes from prosecution in a Court of Law.

In other words those fooled into using Roman Civil Rules are admitting the fiction themselves, ignoring thereby The Law, and making the decision (or fooled into making the decision) to bow down, lick the boots of their oppressors, and plead their case at the Throne of Falsehood.

Right in the “amended” document that is the claim for lawful authority it STATES, that a grand jury is the means by which an accusation passes from frivolous, invalid, nonsense, to valid cause to act in defense according to the law of the land, which is the common law, where the accuser and the accused state their case before an independent trial jury. None of that involves Roman Civil Rules, at all.

So why plead your case before your tormentors expecting – as if insanity rules – tormentors to suddenly grow a moral conscience?
