Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.An error in the statements made, the State only gives the option and service of the Death Penalty. In such cases, after conviction, with judge and usually jury, a sentencing trial, with judge and usually jury, a termination is decided. In each case 13 different people decide. After years of basicly retrial, a sentence may carry through, extremely rare an innocent execution. I've never liked the idea of taking a life, but if a person wilfully, without regrets, takes innocent lives they have that expectation in return.
