Why are there Muslim countries surrounding Israel mentioned escaping the clutches of the antichrist? It is because the Obadiah war happens first, and they are already in Israel's hands. But Egypt, which joins the Obadiah war and apparently also falls to Israel's hands, is retaken by the Mahdi's/antichrist's forces ("shall not escape" - Dan 11:42). The Arabian Peninsula falling into Israel's hands in the Obadiah war is to provide a place of escape for the surviving Jews, and many theologians believe that this place of escape would be Petra in what is now Jordan. But these same theologians - including Dr. Missler - do not say that the Arabian Peninsula falls into Israel's hands. When do the remnant Jews flee? When the abomination that causes desolation event happens. And why must they flee Judea posthaste? It is yet unknown to them, but it will be because their enemies from the North will gas Judea (Isaiah 14:29-32) timed with the abomination that causes desolation event. Two final observation questions: (1) Why do you think the Palestinians rejoice (Isa 14:29) when Israel takes full administration of Judea after the Obadiah war? And (2) How do you think Israel would look to the unbelieving world when the Palestinians get gassed and the Jews escape?
The Abrahamic accords is setting the stage for Obadiah 1:7 to be fulfilled. They have to be officially at peace with Israel first.
