Looking for some discussion on the matter of PPD. PPD is pretty normal for most moms. However, it seems more real to me during the whole covid thing where most people presume you have it even if you don't have symptoms. Along with that presumption is the usual response of "hey, there's zoom or online groups." That never helps me, I need in person interaction. I need to know I'm trusted enough for someone to spend time with me. Is there any hope for moms like me to not go socially ferral while most people prefer to interact via computer or phone?

Sorry you're going through that. I'm not very knowledgeable about PPD. Unfortunately Covid-19 doesn't leave much room for in person interaction.
