Looking forward to exploring this group. I do think the religious cult framework is the most accurate one with which to describe SJW culture. They have a good vs evil narrative that leads them to accept the most immoral actions in the name of the greater good, they downplay reason in discussion which protects ridiculous beliefs, they have an amazing ability to hold diametrically opposed ideas as values at the same time, and they have an intense us vs outsiders mentality.
One of the more interesting points about them is they are typically secular, and because they have broken with religious systems they think they are immune from religious thinking while not recognizing they are intensely in the throes of one.
I have a degree in religion and I have experienced these folks in a very real way. I think this is the way to best understand them in my experience.

Religion was separated from school so morals taught not independent for good but to follow leaders. With the class mode, elite, middle and lower, while middle being constricted they don't see a comfortable future. Would like to hear more. You have degree in religion, my wife was a preacher, would like to hear you views.
