Fact Check or Fraud Confession?

The clear and present danger is the crime that few people can even name, but some have, and none of the people naming the crime are members of the government, so far.

The crime is Conspiracy Treason involving Electoral Fraud in a National Election for President of the Corporation known as The United States.

If I’ve already lost anyone, using the word “Corporation” in a place where most people would think that the word “Federation” belongs somewhere on the accusation, then you have unfortunately drunk too much cool-aid, and your help with this is extremely unlikely. As sorry and a pathetic as it is, the home of the brave and the land of the free has become the home of the stupid and the land of the servile. The population over generations have drunk way too much cool-aid.

In an actual Federation of Independent Republics the people hired to run the government would be the first, not the last, to discover, to indict, and to bring to a Court of law, those enemies foreign and domestic who are the worst threats to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, property, and our common laws that work to keep us each accountable for whatever crimes we may wrongfully choose to perpetrate.

You people reading this who are still managing to stomach the information contained in this message, know in the same gut that churns and becomes upset, and uncomfortable, as you witness the life you thought was real turn into a Dark Winter before your very eyes – you know – this is true: there is no law in America.

If those claiming to be in charge of keeping out all enemies of liberty foreign and domestic WILL arrest not by probable cause, but by predetermining guilt before the fact, they are not authorities at law, they are counterfeiters. Someone defending themselves against Subsidized Rioters (people paid out of the Public Fund to riot, to cause mayhem, also known as Agent Provocateurs) is not guilty of a crime. Defense is not a crime. Defense is a duty. Those who predetermine guilt without a fair and free trial are the criminals who confess their guilt by their actions, not their lying words. If those claiming that a defender is guilty of a crime are thereby guilty of a crime, a self-evident fact, then they would reasonably be incapable of actually putting in place an independent grand jury to investigate the crimes that caused the defender to defend himself against enemies foreign and domestic. The crime of subsidizing the rioters, out of the public fund, is the cause which caused the defender to defend himself. See the Kyle Rittenhouse case currently moving very slowly through a court system gummed up by treasonous criminals.

If the law power is not efficient, expedient, and capable of deterring crime, making crime unaffordable, it is not the law power, it is instead counterfeit, proving the accusation already made: there is no law in America.

Now, during a National Corporate United States Presidential Election rife with systemic fraud proven during White Wash Hearings in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, and Georgia, the battle to defend the people from the treasonous frauds involves ONLY private prosecutors seeking remedy in State and National CIVIL cases.

Where is the law?

Those claiming to be the law claim authority to convict people for spreading diseases, arrest the convicts in their homes indefinitely, and remove from their captives any lawful remedy for their defense.

Actual law acknowledges the fact that it is a natural right to be presumed innocent before the facts in the case are determined lawfully.

Someone with the flu, or someone perpetrating fraud, confesses by naturally occurring self-evident, in your face, facts that matter in the case.

Someone with a flu may claim that they do not have the flu as they cough in your face spewing saliva out of their feverish mouth. Someone perpetrating treasonous fraud may say that there is no evidence of fraud, even while the self-evident facts are paraded in front of the willfully blind, a parade lasting for hours in a White Wash Hearing.

Where is the law?

If it were a very serous virus, or pandemic, threatening the lives of all the people in America, and there was law in America, how would the facts be determined in that case? Who would be authorized to determine the facts that matter in that case?

The accused, accused of spreading the virus, would be presumed to be innocent, but the defenders in command of any true authority whatsoever, would be mobilized into action to investigate the matter, to issue an indictment, and do so before the virus spreads and kills everyone, or, having failed to do so, everyone dies, from the deadly virus as the pandemic ravages all life, all liberty, all freedom, and all is lost. All is lost for failing to account for the facts that matter in the case.

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.”

People are routinely arrested and sent to solitary confinement in their homes, kept out of society, kept from earning a living, kept from life, kept from liberty, kept from the pursuit of happiness, kept from property, kept in a makeshift prison, saving the costs of building more prisons.

Where is the law?

Where are the grand juries in each county in America as all these convicts are in their home prisons guilty of spreading the lethal virus that destroys all life on Earth?

Where are the grand juries in each county in America as all these frauds steal this election for the National Leader of the Corporate United States?

Why is there no effort to establish any facts that matter in either case?
