The "Judge" (biased, mind warped, gate-keeper) asks (when faced with self-evident fraud) "...as a practical matter...could President Trump win if.." Now, here is the confession, rather than opening the gate, the "Judge" responds to the self-evident fraud with a POLITICAL STATEMENT in the form of question begging.
Analogy:
Witness of crime on one side of the crime, and the crime is in front of the witness. On the other side of the crime is someone busy working on the victim, someone clearly perpetrating the crime himself.
Witness of the crime says: “The victim is suffering from injuries sustained by a gang of criminals.”
Judge, “I’m busy, mam, can’t you see that I have work to do here?”
The “Judge” then evokes the Word Magic called “Standing.”
Witness then evokes the term “Gatekeeper.”
