One number ought to clue someone in on the fraud known as National Debt.
This number is claimed to be the debt owed by every single captured slave in America, every one, each one, leaving no one unmolested: 83,260.00
Before each citizen (each individual captured) can earn their first measure of value, paid to them by someone else, an actual copper penny, or a fake penny, they are working under a massive burden of debt, according to those who count things, like votes, and bank accounts.

The Statutes (they are not laws) contradict each other and/or are ambiguous to a point of constructability: the Statutes can mean whatever someone wants them to mean for any situation.

Confusing a Statute (a suggestion) with a law (an agreement) is a means by which a counterfeiter will enslave a target population of slaves.
I can go into much greater detail, but for the life of me I don't know why this is confusing to anyone, other than to suggest that it might be a good idea to get it straight in your head that a statute (a suggestion) is not a law (an agreement).
If you can't get the principles straight in your head, you are ripe for enslavement of your own mind.
I can only hope that that helps.
