Treasonous Counterfeiting IV

Imparting in part the data from Conceived in Liberty by Murray Rothbard this Thought Experiment sets a stage where players play out an accurate recreation of events generally known as the Founding of America, or more specifically known as the Founding of a Nation-State Legal Fiction which Counterfeits Government Power of Defense, turning that Collective Power into Organized Crime run by Organized Criminals who form a Cartel.

That is Part 1 of the Thought Experiment. The idea is to set the record straight as to what actually happened to turn The Revolutionary Principles, Defense of Life, Liberty, Property, and the Means of Defense, turning Moral Principle into Immoral “Legalized” Treason, Fraud, Embezzlement, Counterfeiting, Extortion, Serial Rape, Serial Torture, Serial Murder, all of which must be done by either Psychopaths or Sociopaths as a matter of record, a matter of fact, a fact that matters in the case.

The case never went to trial, and therefore the inculpatory evidence proving the case beyond reasonable doubt does not exist as a Shot Heard Around The World. Instead there are scattered bites, bits, pieces, and crumbs along a path where the inculpatory evidence assembles to prove the guilt of specific Pathological Mass Murderers as they tore apart the Spirit of Liberty in its infant stages, replacing Individual Moral Judgment with Blind Obedience to Criminal Leadership Without Question.

Clearly missing are Trial Transcripts Accurately Accounting for the crimes perpetrated by the worst evil monsters ever to disgrace the human gene pool, and among those Pathological Liars is Generalissimo Washington. The First Dictator at the Executive Office of the newly formed Legal Fiction Nation State, which consolidated the former independent people in independent, competitive, states, wasted no time in the effort to create the Central Banking Fraud, so as to bypass the difficulties associated with extorting “taxes” from the kidnapped slaves.

The Narratives of HIS STORY are not merely inaccurate, not merely false, they are FALSIFIED for cause. The cause, the rationalization, for falsification is enslavement, to disembowel those who would resist and disobey. On the simplest level of principle can be found natural laws, to aid those whose minds have been captured and to aid those whose guts have been removed. What is the cost of not learning the facts that matter in the case?

Natural law dictates that those who will not do the work required to survive are those who do not survive. Those who do the work required to survive, therefore, empower survival, creating the power from nature that affords human survival. When that power is taken from those who create it those who create it grow weaker and those who steal it grow stronger as each unit of power flows from the productive to the parasitic.

When the productive discover, acknowledge, and spread the accurate information proving that parasites are stealing productive power, people have been known to produce an effective defense against that power transfer flowing from producers to criminal parasites. If that defense is not effective the parasites will grow even more powerful and the producers will become even more powerless in their defense, any delay inspires a speedy trial so as to leave no doubt as to the facts that matter in the case where criminal parasites are killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Proof beyond reasonable doubt exists. Productive, moral, peaceful, defensive, people invented and used a system of law, a means to account for the criminals infesting, infiltrating, and consuming Life, Liberty, Property, The Pursuit of Happiness, and the means to defend it.

A step in the wrong direction is the counterfeiting of due process of law, turning a defensive process based upon fact finding, fact knowing, fact determining, factual accounting, into – turning facts – into falsehood finding, falsehood propagating, deceiving, and thereby enslaving anyone daring to produce anything worth stealing; including children.

You will be told that you are guilty while you are on the hamster wheel, all your productive capacity that can be stolen will be stolen, as the conveyor belt rapidly proceeds through the meat grinder that was once a secured, but perishable, LIBERTY.

Where and when people acknowledged their enslavement on principles of natural law, such as the inevitable result when slaves work to empower their criminal masters, those people either effect a defense or they continue being consumed, growing weaker, as their productive capacity continues to feed the psychopaths.

You will be told that 12 white guys uncharacteristically voted to set the woman free. That is false on purpose, from a source that originates in an immoral human brain: psychopath. The intent behind falsification of the official record of the truth is to turn everyone into sociopaths, to further ensure that the slaves WILL not defend themselves in any organized process whatsoever. The woman in question used due process of law, the common law (as it was in that case, not perfect, much too late to be speedy for example), to free herself. The victim of enslavement (she was a human being, not a “slave” ) defended herself with the peaceful means of doing so: THE LAW.

When the psychopaths learn how to counterfeit THE LAW, they do so. That is not subject to reasonable argumentation, it is a fact that matters. Out goes a Court of Law, out goes private prosecutors, out goes independent grand juries, out goes independent trial juries, and in place is placed Dictators Dictating Orders that Must be Obeyed Without Question. To question orders, no matter how demonic, is against The counterfeit LAW.

“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.”

By funding national debt, Hamilton envisioned the Congress setting aside a portion of tax revenues to pay each year's interest without an annual appropriation.
