The form this is taking is a common law Committee of (or for) Safety. People not currently members of the (common law) government gather to address clear and present dangers to Life, Liberty, Property, The Pursuit of Happiness, and the Means to Defend All.

Many "legislators" were invited and are attending the Cyber Symposium and they are members of the State governments. Those State governments are not operating common law governments, they are not republics, and they are not operating according to principles of democracy, they are operating Legal Fictions, not defensive, moral, common law governments.

Since a republic is public property by definition, and since these Legal Fictions are owned and operated by known criminals, for their exclusive power to profit from their crimes, doing so with impunity, the Legal Fictions that authorize these "legislators" to "legislate " for the Legal Fiction, constitute a clear and present danger to Life, Liberty, Property, The Pursuit of Happiness, and The Means to Defend All.

That situation (as described above) is therefore forming as a common law Committee of (or for) Safety.

A common law Committee of Safety forms in the absence of a common law government, and the example set in America for these formations to be constituted from grass-roots organically is the aggressive criminal acts of The British Criminal Government in the time period now known as The Revolutionary War.

In the absence of a common law government (defensive government) power the people constituted Committees of Safety so as to address the clear and present dangers caused by British Criminal aggression.

A Committee of Safety (common law) is a constituting of a defensive government process. The process is limited to the goal of discovery and verification, so as then to move from verification of clear and present dangers to defensive actions caused by those verified clear and present dangers.

A Committee of Safety (common law) is then poised to form grand juries, to perform grand jury functions (verification of evidence concerning clear and present dangers), which may require defensive force when encountering resistance to efforts to uncover the evidence (such as information contained in a router) of clear and present dangers. Grand Jury functions in common law as a defensive force known as a posse, to enforce a common law subpoena, or to enlist volunteers to join the defensive posse force, and that enlistment power of the grand jury is called posse committus.

Here is a point worth pondering. A Standing Army misled by a criminal government, such as a Legal Fiction government serving and protecting an "elite" membership of "stock-holders," historically is a misled posse, in need of common sense leadership, such as the leadership born out of a common law Committee of Safety, so as to fulfill the goal of validating clear and present dangers to Life, Liberty, Property, The Pursuit of Happiness, and The Means to Defend All. An example is provided in history and provided in this Cyber Symposium. If the criminals resisting lawful discovery (routers) are too powerful and are therefore effective at resisting discovery (they don't give up the routers), then the grand jury can enlist the standing army to enforce a lawful subpoena, lawful by principles founded in The Ancient Law, the common law.
