Nanny L, in the following narrative, will be representing free people in the liberty they are willing to maintain on their own authority to do so, according to due process of law known from Ancient Times as The Law of the Land, which is the common law.

Nanny Liberty will be offering the binding agreement to nurture natural laws founded on moral principle as found in natural genetic construction and use of moral conscience, doing so with rule of law, due process of law, equal access to due process of law, lawful reciprocity, the common law, with independent private prosecutors, independent grand juries, and independent trial juries, as demonstrated and recorded in such examples as a Defiance, Solemn Notice of Mixed War, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and common law cases adjudicated in Courts of Law, not Courts of Exchequer, Chancery, Admiralty, Equity, Family, Traffic, or other Summary Justice False Debt Collection Agency "Court" run by criminals for criminals.

Larry Tomas Jacob will be a professor and investor enforcing absolute obedience to falsehood without question in the following narrative.

LTJ has already broke into Nanny's Home, claiming to be conducting a "no knock raid" based upon witness testimony accusing Nanny of kidnapping, torturing, and consuming children in her basement, or for allowing more that 4 family members to attend a family dinner at the same time. This is a fishing expedition run by LTJ and the gang funding his chosen vocation.

Nanny: "This home is my castle. If you allow yourself, give yourself permission, to enter my castle based upon what you think is probable cause to do so, then I get to take you to court for having broken a sacred law. If it turns out that the cause to act - as you claim - is not merely false, it is false on purpose, then you are guilty of many offenses not limited to nonfeasance, misfeasance, malfeasance, and misprision of treason. May God have mercy on your soul, a jury of your peers will hold you to an accurate accounting of the facts that matter in this case."

LTJ: "Shut the fuck up nutjob, now you are resisting arrest."

Nanny is assaulted, unconscious, hog tied, and sent to a dungeon in the American Gulag, never to see again the light of Liberty. She is systematically raped, tortured, and terrified as her tormentors force her to be exposed to very well known pathological criminals held, and well fed, within the same dungeon in the American Gulag.

Let that be a lesson worth learning. If the people are no longer moral individually, then the people will no longer be moral collectively. Individuals who insist upon being ruled by laws of the jungle will claim that might makes right, they will kill for fear of being killed, and the worst will provide the highest quality evil soonest, rising to the top of the Jungle where their Rules are enforced.

If instead people return to morality individually, then people will acknowledge natural laws, affording each other both honesty and accountability, because that is the moral measure of responsibility, and collectively people can account for the facts that matter in each case where criminals kidnap innocent people, torture them cruelly, and consume them until there isn't anything left worth the effort to consume.

When the law binding the people is based on moral principle, each individual is protected and served in the same way as each other individual who agrees to bind themselves to the same rule: due process of law, equal protection under the law, the law of agreement, the law of reciprocity, the law of discovering and employing accurate information overpowering false information made false on purpose.

When the law binding the people is based on moral principle each individual is as powerful by law as each other individual. Each individual exists within a mobile sanctuary of protection from Castle to Castle, freely moving in and out of one's own Castle, and freely moving and entering someone else's Castle if allowed to do so, by agreement, negotiated honestly as one individual may allow another individual entry into their protected domain.

What does the word no mean?

When the government is counterfeited, the law is opposite on purpose. No one is free in a secure home (Castle) and everyone is scheduled to spend their free time in the Gulag. Under the false claim that there is probable cause to act deceptively and aggressively, to save innocent people who may have been kidnapped, raped, tortured, and mass murdered by the Lone Serial Killer with a cage in a basement, everyone ends up in perpetual torment held against their will in the American Gulag while the psychopaths run things, or the numbers of gang members joining the criminal gang increase beyond the ability of the productive members of society to support them.

Out goes common sense, common law, justice for all, each innocent productive individual at liberty to conduct free trade among free traders harming no one, and in place are laws dictated by rancid, feral, inhuman beings, whose honor is only recognized by fellow thieves, and only for as long as there are victims to be had. Once the supply of people who can produce anything worth stealing is consumed, each rat will be at each other rats throat; on schedule, and the head rats running the hamster wheels move to greener pastures, until there are none around the entire globe.

In the narrative above Nanny is by law afforded access to a trial jury whereby the individual or individuals causing injuries to Nanny face all evidence supporting the accusation made by Nanny or, if Nanny is to ignorant, too feeble, to infantile to defend herself before a trial jury, then someone representing Nanny's accusations would prosecute the case on behalf of THE PUBLIC in a treason case.

The independent members of the Grand Jury would have already protected and served Nanny by acknowledging the evidence supporting the accusation made by Nanny. The Grand Jury would not try the case, they are assembled only on behalf of the accuser, and again in a criminal case, on behalf of THE PUBLIC when facing clear and present dangers to life, liberty, property, the pursuit of happiness, and the means to defend all.

Out goes accurate accountability and in place is placed the American Gulag.
