The two sides will avoid a Court of Law. That causes a delay. That is therefore a crime scene. Justice, by natural laws, must be processed timely. If justice is not processed timely, because justice is impeded by both sides, then justice is denied, and often as not the innocent bodies pile up, murdered by those impeding due process of law, which are the steps taken, the means to the end, to arrive at justice.

Justice, if it is anything, is an accurate accounting of the facts that matter in the case.

One side that avoids a Court of Law does so out of ignorance. The other side avoids a Court of Law willfully and with malice aforethought.

One side includes a large growing number of people who have discovered the links between the Global Treasonous Pandemic Fraud and the National Treasonous Election Fraud, which is thereby linked to the Global Treasonous Central Banking Fraud identifiable with the False Propaganda Campaign titled “The Great Reset,” and the repeated False Propaganda Slogans, such as “Build Back Better.”

In a Court of Law the accuser and defendant are brought before an independent trial jury as soon as humanly possible, and those impeding the step by step process are guilty of a crime when they impede progress out of ignorance, and when the impede progress willfully. Those impeding progress out of ignorance are guilty of the act: actus reus. Those willfully, and with malice aforethought, impeding due process of law are guilty of mind: mens rea. Stupid and servile people can be injuring innocent people, but not on purpose, they may have good motives in their minds, but the bodies still pile up.

When the stupid and servile take their case to a Court Not of Law (Admiralty, Equity, etc.), they are not taking their case to a Court of Law.

"It was a principle of the Common Law, as it is of the law of nature, and of common sense, that no man can be taxed without his personal consent. Had the first witness to the crime of Election Fraud moved the case step by step through due process of law, the trial transcripts would already be public knowledge as the official facts that matter in the case, leading to warrants warranted by probable cause in defense of life, liberty, property, the pursuit of happiness, and the means to defend all, for the arrest of known co-conspirators, discovered during discovery, not yet on trial.

The swamp on both sides is thereby drained.

Previous to that first trial would be a witness to the crime of selling Snake Oil from positions of power, which I call The Global Treasonous Pandemic Fraud, moving their case step by step through due process of law, resulting in published trial transcripts, discovery, and warrants naming the names of discovered co-conspirators.

There is another side, and that side is the side where people choose the truth over falsehood, and the means to arrive at accurate accounting of the facts in any case.
