The Infantile State Statement Debunk Fraud

We the People are made into the Sheeple with a simple deception that defies discovery.

Sheeple:
“That is a Conspiracy Theory, so you are a Conspiracy Theorist. If you continue to terrorize We the People, then The State will do justice to you, as you choose to terrorize We the People. The State must make an example of you, so as to deter anyone from ever terrorizing We the People again. May God have mercy on your soul.”

Joe:
The simple deception “conveniently ignored” by the Sheeple is Stated as a fact that matters. The choice to ignore that fact that matters confesses that the one choosing to avoid the discovery of the simple deception identifies, by non-feasance, the simple deception, and the choice to ignore the simple deception identifies a deceiver, a Sheeple, as one who chooses to deceive, as the deceiver uses the simple deception in fact. The deceiver choosing to avoid further communication of the simple deception actually demonstrates the use of the simple deception in the process of avoiding any further discussion as to the details detailing the facts that matter concerning the simple deception that turns We the People into Sheeple.

The benefits of discussion among members of We the People include the benefit of having as many diverse points of view focused on clear and present dangers to We the People as is humanly possible, so as to construct the most accurate assessment of those clear and present dangers for purposes of deterrence of further increases of those clear and present dangers: nip it in the bud, before it grows too powerful to stop it, and do so effectively, efficiently, expediently, sooner rather than too late.

The Topic is Stated. One member of the Sheeple clearly makes a serious mistake, disobeying the orders blindly followed by the Sheeple, as the one member of the Sheeple adds an acknowledgment of the Stated Identification of The Infantile State armed with the simple deception. The fact that one member of the Sheeple dares to disobey the order to ignore any mention of the simple deception, exposes the fact that the simple deception does exist, as the one Sheeple proves it exists, by avoiding further mention of it. This is called non-feasance.

Here:
“There are faults of omission as well as commission. When you are legally called to try such a cause, if you shall shuffle out yourself, and thereby persons perhaps less conscientious happen to be made use of, and so a villain escapes justice, or an innocent man is ruined, by a prepossessed or negligent verdict; can you think yourself in such a case wholly blameless? Qui non prohibet cum potest, jubet: That man abets an evil, who prevents it not, when it is in his power. Nec caret scrupulo sosietatis occultae qui evidenter facinori definit obviare: nor can he escape the suspicion of being a secret accomplice, who evidently declines the prevention of an atrocious crime.”

The Sheeple turned from We the People into Sheeple must censor every form of evidence exposing the simple deception as ordered by fellow members of the Sheeple. The illusion created by the simple deception suggests to the Sheeple that others, other than themselves, are above them, in positions of authority over them, and those above are beyond detection as to their actions that may cause harm to innocent members of We the People.

The Sheeple turned from We the People into Sheeple must view everyone below them as enemies of The Infantile State, a condition of Stockholm Syndrome, which creates the illusion that members of We the People are below members of the Sheeple, who create and maintain the illusion of The Infantile State built by the simple deception that cannot be acknowledged at all.

Those above the Sheeple can do no wrong. Those below the Sheeple can do nothing right. All that is left for the Sheeple is Blind Obedience to Falsehood Without Question, following the order to never, ever, acknowledge the simple deception, with one exception.

Silence

The Infantile State depends upon silence as to the existence of the simple fraud. The simple fraud was once known very clearly as a Legal Fiction.

Evidence as to the existence of a Legal Fiction formed by a simple deception is silence as to its existence first, and then any effort to silence anyone who dares to expose it is attacked with further proof of its existence, formed as diversion to divert attention away from the existence of the Legal Fiction simple deception.

Diversion creates complexity as one lie creates an ever growing increase in lies required to cover-up the first one with two more, and two more for each of those two additional lies, and then four, and then sixteen, and then whole Libraries of Lies called “Legal Opinion” are built to keep the Sheeple obedient, bleating those lies as ordered without question.

Those above, in Legal Fiction, order those below, using the same simple deception.

Two sets of rules constitute Legal Fiction.

Rules governing those above, as those above deal with those below, constitute one set of rules.

Rules governing those below, as those above deal with those below, constitute the second set of rules.

This, on occasion, is codified into the rules as those above confess their crimes to all who are not allowed to acknowledge that fact. Those below must obey those above, and the order, the simple deception dictates, that those below cannot, ever, question those above. To question those above is to terrorize those above, and that is a capital crime, a crime earning the terrorist a torture sentence executed by well paid tormentors dealing out cruel and unusual punishment for We the People by Sheeple.
