As with Brawdo Electrolytes, those who serve Roman Civil Rules and Empire, give themselves license to rob, rape, torture, murder, and mass murder, just ask them. They leave no doubt about it.

They – as a rule – do not give anyone but their own cult members those same prerogatives; it would not be right.

Unless.

Does anyone out there in the Infantile State remember way back in American history to a time and place were a poor 17 year old Active Shooter Racist Proud Boy crossed State Lines with a Criminal Assault Weapon to shoot Peaceful Protesters in the back because the Active Shooter didn’t want Black Lives to Matter as those Peaceful Protester Pedos were Building Kenosha Back Better by Burning it to the Ground; for a few dollars more?

No? Too far back in antiquated history?

At the county level there can be – by law – an election of the people, by the people, for the defense of the innocent people, against foreign and domestic enemies threatening life, and other valuable items worthy of the effort of producing, and therefore proving the worth of preserving those items, since Building Back Better costs much more after riots create yet more work to clean up the burned out businesses that took decades to build the first time. Why would one have to burn it down in order to justify building it back better? Does one confess something worth knowing beyond reasonable doubt?

Examples of these types of defensive concepts are as easily forgotten as is the importance of memory.

Those who give themselves license to rob, rape, torture, murder, and mass murder, while they remove that prerogative from those they aggressive attack, is a clue.

The Sheriff of, by, and for defense of The People in each county under rule of law, which is the common law, which is documented in such forms as a Bill of Rights, may need more than his sorry ass hiding under his counterfeit desk, shivering in fear, when said counterfeit Sheriff is clued in about the true nature of Blind Obedience to Falsehood Without Question, or, said counterfeit Sheriff may be taking bribes from the Cult Members of The Infantile State.

What about so-called “Constitutional” Sheriffs?

They have a boss. What does their Boss allow them to do in cases of criminal take-over of government offices in their county?

In each county in America, according to common law, which is the law of the land since 1775…

My memory is not as good as it once was, so 1774 is the official entry into the Public Record, not 1775.

The county sheriff, a person representing The People as a whole, has a pool from which to gather fellow defenders facing overwhelming forces of criminal aggressors having badges, Brawdo Electrolytes, or Licenses to rob, rape, torture, murder, and mass murder with impunity, or so they say, as they BAR access to rule of law, giving themselves immunity from prosecution, like a fake vaccine, or a Safe Harbor in a demented game of TAG YOU'RE IT.

The first pool, the most ready, willing, and able, in history, were the same people representing The People as a whole, who constituted a Committee for Safety, the Grand Jury Pool, The Militia, Trial Jury Pool, or Voter Rolls, all of which have previously stood the test of voir dire in some form or another.

Try not to stumble on the trees that built the forest. Voir dire is a process by which those on your side are determined as such, so as to lessen the obvious risks involved with trusting those who prove to have no honor, no trustworthiness. Remember, the cost of Rats in the Ranks, is the clear and present danger over-ruling all lesser dangers at this time, if not always.

The rule here is to use defensive measures, such as deterrence, first, to call upon reason, to establish the facts that matter in the case, and then to give notice as to the next step that is forced into being the next step by the aggressors. If the criminals had not taken over due process of law, there would be no cause to challenge their counterfeit authority.

Now this is going on too long, I have to cut this sound bite short, to fit into the Public Attention Span, as the Public Feasts on Brawdo Electrolytes.

The Sheriff serves whoever is named on the Quo Warranto, the demand for proof of authority. If the named aggressor suspected of having no original, genuine, authority does not answer, that is proof, as would be someone failing to make their way, voluntarily, to a Court of Law when their name is on the presentment as defendant. No answer, and that nonfeasance means, the next step is a Court of Law Trial by Jury case involving a crime known as misprision of treason, as the “presumed to be innocent” contemptuous individual refuses to abide by the law of the land.

What if the contemptuous individual refusing to abide by the law of the land has the entire Chinese Communist Party backing that contemptuous individual refusing to abide by the law of the land?

Posse Comitatus.
