Rule by criminal means is basic simplicity at the roots of it, but it expands as rapidly as the power of a Global Treasonous Pandemic Fraud, one individual injects a lie, injects a knife, and the victim is tortured sufficiently to pass forward that infection to a new victim.

If patient zero is not accurately identified before the infection is allowed to spread to the next, and the next, and the next victim, spreading exponentially, accelerating dynamically, with rapidly increasing volume and velocity, humanity will be inexorably moved more rapidly to our collective expiration date.

If, on the other hand, patient zero is discouraged from the path of brutal extermination of mankind sooner, then the virus would be isolated, and no further victims of Treasonous Fraud would join the march to hell.

If patient zero is not isolated soon enough, and the armies of Treasonous Frauds grow to an overpowering collective unnatural disastrous power of epic, or Biblical, evil proportions, the path back to Liberty must be the inoculating forces of accurate accountability. The supply that fills the demand for accurate accountability, accounting for the facts that matter in each case after patient zero, will lead inevitably to the entire remaining population so far immune from infection by Treasonous Fraud, thereby isolated and immune from infection by Treasonous Fraud, having the cure of the truth setting them free from Treasonous Frauds.

Isolating the children, for example, from infection by Treasonous Fraud, defending posterity from infection by Treasonous Fraud, avoids humanity reaching that point of critical mass, when all the parents decide to eat all the children in one final demonic feast, a Building Back Better Great Reset Orgy.

Who is to blame? How about, instead of the blame game, a witness goes to a grand jury member in any of the over 3,000 common law counties in America?

Any of the States Federated for mutual defense of all under an equal footing at law, the common law, entrust judicious use of common laws of free people to the people in those counties.

Republics, if they are genuine, organic, grass-roots, in fact, are of the people, by the people, and for the people, not for Treasonous Frauds. Have a clue, please.

Have any of those people in those grand juries, in those counties, command common law jurisdiction at law, including the power of subpoena, including all the accounting writs required at law, including posse comitatus, and including executive power to command the posse, to investigate the validity of the warrant to bring the accused to trial before an independent trial jury, after first forming a grand jury for that expressed, valid, legal cause to act in defense of life, liberty, property, the pursuit of happiness, the means to defend all, including innocent children.

Or, have not.

Children begin factually innocent, going through systematic, institutionalized torture and an early grave, if not recruited into the cult of The Infantile State, adding yet another Treasonous Fraud doing what they do so well, as ordered, without question, are undefended in fact.

A fact that matters.

Each life matters.

One witness, at common law, a victim is a witness, if allowed to live, constitutes a fact that matters to the law abiding people in a republican government funded for the expressed purpose of defense. That fact moves efficiently, expediently, to a court date before the people, the trial jurors, for adjudication by the people, not by the Treasonous Frauds who eat children for fun and profit.
