In which system is it a RULE that the most powerful criminals set the RULES of Debt payment schedules where all the plants on the plantation pay them for the privilege of existing on their Tax Farm?

In order to prosper economically people alone or in groups isolate in exile alone and cut off by blockade, such as North Korea, and those isolated people sink into their own busy productive isolation until they then open their doors to trade with the rest of the world because they cannot swim on their own, not without the benefits of economic markets dependent upon agreeable, mutually beneficent trade with other people around the Globe. In Debt Based Monopoly Too Big To Fail Lender of Last Resort Totalitarian Debtor Nation-States all those who produce anything worth stealing are the accurately accountable creditors, and those who produce the most value, above costs, earn by economic law the most credit inequitably in competition with lesser capable producers of valuable marketable products. Let them produce more so more can be stolen and then invested in the work of stealing under the protective wings of Summary Justice Equity Courts.

If there were no producers worthy of credit for producing, then there would be nothing to steal, and everyone would be stealing whatever is LEFT after all production is BLOCKADED out of competition.

The competition not allowed by Oligarchs with Debt Based Monopoly Systems is the natural order of mankind.

Money by hard economic law merely serves the purpose of keeping the wheels of trade lubricated. Monopoly by criminal exile, blockade, isolation, bribery, fraud, extortion, torture, and mass-murdering all competition, is the harder alternative overruling, by fraud and aggressive violence, hard economic law. All one has to do is convince everyone else that they owe their lives to just ONE MONOPOLY POWER.

Hard economic law credits producers unequally, by natural law, because some people produce better things sooner while other people choose to steal instead, or bribe, or fool, or rob, or rape, or torture for false confessions, or enslave, or murder.

That fact that people are creditworthy on a scale of most to least can be found precisely when human law holds people to account for the facts that matter in any disagreements as to who is guilty of fraud as a means of tipping the scale of trade inequitably in their favor, at the expense of the targeted victim, and therefore who is credited with what they are creditworthy for having produced on their own power to produce anything of value to themselves or anyone else in negotiated trade free from fraud or extortion.

One individual inequitably producing 10 alone, trades with 10 other people each individually only able to produce 1, = 20x, not 0, because hidden benefits are realized by economic laws that include division of labor, specialization, and economies of scale.

Nationalism 20, The People -20 = -40, because The People are prevented from producing while they pay those who consume value in the work required to prevent The People from producing.

When human law affords each individual an equal place at the adjudication table, then that system maintains the facts that matter in each case of each dispute at law, benefiting all individuals with Public Access Accounting of those facts that matter to each individual. If someone produces 100 times more than someone else, and Nationalism offers 100 lazy people an offer they can’t refuse, to take 100 from the producer, and gives that 100 to those lazy criminals, the net result is The Infantile State, The Rat Race, and the end of prosperity for current people alive, and the end of prosperity for posterity, in short ORDER.

The Debt Based System of Treasonous Fraud, by design, places targeted victims outside the powers of adjudication at law, to facilitate the one direction flow of profits to the Oligarchs at the expense of anyone who can somehow manage to produce anything worth stealing, including children, despite the fact that producers are exiled in a blockade insulated from access to adjudication at law. The harder they are made to work to make ends meet the more is stolen from them to bribe fellow criminals.

A Credit System moves credit to those who earn it, as proven by the value of their products appraised by those who demand valuable products. A Credit System adjudicates itself with each freely made decision of each individual demanding and then giving up their valuable things for what they want in trade. 

Why would there be any mention of debt in a Credit Based System that places each individual on an equal footing at law?

Each claim of debt is a cause to act in defense against such a claim, with a trial by jury decision offered to each individual at odds with what they think was an unfair, unjust transfer of value.

Take the Debt Based Oligarchs to a Court of Law and show The People the facts that matter in each of those Treasonous Fraud cases.

Any trade bound up in contentious arguments over ownership goes to trial and the facts in each case are posted onto the Public Access record for all to see, and for all to use, as a means of preserving lessons learned for good, to be repeated if still good, and to be avoided when it was clearly evident that a move was made back into the living hell of a Debt Based System enforced from Top to Bottom by Oligarchs.

When Treasonous Frauds spin the tale of equality, as a rule, they are not allowed to speak about equal footing at the adjudication table, and that is a clue for the clueless.

Punishing the industrious wealth creators, a dangerous game of Wack-a-Mole, is exemplified by Central Bank Fraud Policy. Those Lenders of Last Resort do not appreciate anyone creating accurate money free from THEIR imposed Fictional Debt.

Equal Footing at Law ensures Credit Based Economic inequality, a sound investment for all who prefer their individual evaluations of their pursuit of happiness, as they alone judge happiness, without paying for it with stolen loot that makes someone else miserable.

Let them eat cake, that they make on their own authority, because no one stops them demanding National Debt payments for the crime of making cake without a license.
