A fact that matters is the fact that something “novel” is killing people.

A fact that matters is that Top Down Central Control Power is Dictating misdiagnoses and therefore mistreatment of people who are sick and suffering from SOMETHINGS (plural). That fact has been confess over and over by many people who refuse to keep silent against overwhelming POWER executed to reach the goal of keeping people SILENT.

If a POWER (call it whatever you want, Medical Establishment, Big Pharma, Central Command, WHO, CDC, whatever you want to call it) can get away with both misdiagnoses and mistreatment factually as proven currently, they can do that again, and much worse in the future.

Failing to diagnose the above facts as facts leads to failures to treat the cause of the DEATHS.

The facts are the bodies piling up.

The fact that no one (or no group of people sharing responsibility by some accurate measure) is held accountable for the bodies piling up is a FACT that matters.

If you know the law as I do, or better than I do, then you know what can happen when The Public is afforded cost-less (affordable) access to Public Transcripts of a Public Trial where an individual (and then another individual in turn) is on trial for causing the deaths of all those people BECAUSE of the misdiagnoses and therefore BECAUSE of the mistreatment.

Sure, it is reasonable, possible, to ASSUME that “they didn’t know,” that they were issuing orders based upon misdiagnoses, which then results in mistreatment as those ORDERS are followed.

The reason why it is reasonable is that the POWER of government becomes criminal when that POWER is used to cause harm instead of prevent it: presumption of innocence.

It is a crime scene, an active crime in progress, bodies piling up, and at minimum the crime is non-feasance. The POWER of government is absent, it does not exist. The POWER of government demands a Public Trial, to hold to account those who are failing to hold to account those who are responsible and accountable for knowing the cause before dictating a treatment. Failing to know the cause while dictating a treatment is called gambling, and the odds are heavily against the gambler in that case. Falsifying the cause, employing that deception to gain power by fear, is a Treasonous Crime, a turning of the POWER of government from protection to destruction, for a dubious benefit (profit) for the few perpetrators at the expense of everyone.

They (criminals at this level) will kill everyone including themselves with this current misdiagnoses (by ignorance or with malice aforethought) when mankind eventually faces a much more serious pathogen, a pathogen even more destructive compare to dictators running dictatorships.
