A court date in actual government (not counterfeit government) is an opportunity to place oneself into the light of truth before everyone else in an area where the law is true. As far from despotism as human beings have managed are these times and places where those court dates lived up to that ideal to discover and then agree unanimously upon the truth in any case worthy of the attention of everyone.

A civil case brings before the whole population of people two or more people in conflict with each other, and these civil cases do not threaten anyone anywhere anytime. The idea of a civil court case is to place the facts leading to a controversy before the entire population of people to have a unanimous decision made so as to resolve the controversy efficiently.

Let me be clear that this is not my personal Utopian Dream about a fictional legal system that never existed. This law power I write about is our common history of our common laws: the law of the land. These facts being placed before you are facts that matter in any case of controversy. When the population of people are stupefied, servile, ignorant, and subjected to generations after generations of ever-growing mountains of falsehoods, their law power reduces inversely proportionately: the more ignorant the population is made the more power flows to those in (criminal) power. Attempts are always made by peaceful people to resolve conflicts through truth-based law procedures, and therefore the criminals know, and the criminals pass on this information to each successive generation of criminals, that the systems of laws must be usurped in order for the criminals to counterfeit governments: a fact that matters.

A criminal case brings before the whole population of people a prosecutor (a private individual, not a government agent) and someone accused by the private prosecutor of having perpetrated a crime against a member of the public, and this crime threatens everyone else if the perpetrator is not held to an accurate accounting of the facts that matter in the case, and then the perpetrator is offered a voluntary means of redemption, so as to afford the criminal a means by which the criminal can return to peaceful society: if found guilty by unanimous decision before the Trial by the Country (trial by jury).

No government agent is allowed to persecute, no government agent is allowed to arbitrarily decide the fate of anyone: the power to dictate punishment was never given to the government in the first place. To believe - as many people today believe - that the government is the source of justice, the source of judgment, the source of all power to punish, is a demonstrable fraud upon the people, a lie, a conspiracy, and it is not a theory.
