Law is simple for volunteers who accurately account for the desire to defend good life. Having that desire leads to a demand for a basic rule to follow and share with fellow volunteers.

There is no need to reinvent this basic rule, it arrives all throughout human communications, not the least of which is the following basic explanation of human laws:

“Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.“

The law is simple enough to afford everyone an equal footing into the law power, and if there are complications to the simple rule, then there is a simple enough approach to discovering, sharing, and employing those discoveries of why the simple law becomes complicated.

That approach to discovering the causes of complications is again found all throughout human communications, not the least of which is the following explanation of a process by which people discover the causes of complications to the simple rule that governs mankind:

“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Clearly the path to discovery is the desire to know the truth manifested into action: discover that which is not the truth, and eventually the truth will be that which remains after giving to each other the required effort to discover the truth.

This is not a single individual wandering earth alone, this is mankind coexisting or not coexisting on Earth. One direction leads to ever accelerating higher standards of living while at the same time the costs of living continues to accelerate in the opposite direction: lower and lower costs born by everyone.

Why is that not simple? It can be explained in no uncertain terms, but the effort to explain the simple laws of human coexistence must be voluntarily expended by each individual, because human kind proceeds through time facing every possible natural disaster nature will impose upon every living species, including natural disasters known by many names, such as psychopaths, sociopaths, liars, thieves, those who enslave, those who torture, those who murder, and those who mass murder if they are allowed to so so, if moral people give them those opportunities that make crime pay well. If people give to potential criminals the means to get away with crime, criminals will grow from our natural, moral, base, and if we feed criminals more, and more, their numbers will grow exponentially due to the nature born into our species.

“Lies beget other lies. Unlike statements of fact, which require no further work on our part, lies must be continually protected from collisions with reality. When you tell the truth, you have nothing to keep track of. The world itself becomes your memory, and if questions arise, you can always point others back to it.” Sam Harris, 1967

The truth become harder to find when more and more people are infected with the cancer of a lie. The required effort to expose the truth increases rapidly as the genie was released from the bottle. The above is an example, as earlier efforts managed to convey the message with fewer words:

“One lie begets another one.” Shocker Tove, antiquity

The same exponential increase rate applies to violence. One lie turns quickly into a mountain of lies, and one aggressive act of violence turns quickly into ubiquitous violence.

“Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.”

How much effort is expended to convey a simple fact that matters? How much power does it take to cover-up and hide the truth such as this simple truth? How many people today are absolutely unaware of this simple fact that matters? Where does the power to hide this fact come from, and what can be done to expose that power for what it is precisely? The effort to find the truth is a power and it grows exponentially.

Why does the simple truth, the truth that sets us free from lies and violence, get covered up? Why are so many people afraid to even see the simple truth? Why does it then take an extraordinary individual to rephrase the simple truth in the voluntary effort to share that truth? How powerful can falsehood be once people share it?

"The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy, instead of diminishing evil, it multiplies it. Through violence you may murder the liar, but you cannot murder the lie, nor establish the truth. Through violence you may murder the hater, but you do not murder hate. In fact, violence merely increases hate.
Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” Martin Luther King Jr., 1967

What is the process by which people regain the power of law and return to the truth that matters so dearly to mankind?

“We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth -- and listen to the song of that siren, till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those, who having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.” Patrick Henry, 1775

When volunteers are attacked by those who wish to enslave them, and when the volunteers remain truthful in the face of the lies told by the attackers, and when the volunteers share the determination to expend the required effort to discover the truth, and deal with it, when that happens that power also grows exponentially. That process keeps people on the right side, in the face of an army of people on the wrong side. That is the law power, the power to discover and employ the truth, and the power to use the truth for our mutual defense.

"Here is a revolution as radical as that which separated us from Great Britain. It is radical in this transition; our rights and privileges are endangered, and the sovereignty of the states will be relinquished: And cannot we plainly see that this is actually the case? The rights of conscience, trial by jury, liberty of the press, all your immunities and franchises, all pretensions to human rights and privileges, are rendered insecure, if not lost, by this change, so loudly talked of by some, and inconsiderately by others."

AND
"Is it necessary for your liberty that you should abandon those great rights by the adoption of this system? Is the relinquishment of the trial by jury and the liberty of the press necessary for your liberty?"

AND

"Consider what you are about to do before you part with this Government. Take longer time in reckoning things: Revolutions like this have happened in almost every country in Europe: Similar examples are to be found in ancient Greece and ancient Rome: Instances of the people losing their liberty by their carelessness and the ambition of a few. We are cautioned by the Honorable Gentleman who presides, against faction and turbulence: I acknowledge that licentiousness is dangerous, and that it ought to be provided against: I acknowledge also the new form of Government may effectually prevent it: Yet, there is another thing it will as effectually do: it will oppress and ruin the people. There are sufficient guards placed against sedition and licentiousness: For when power is given to this Government to suppress these, or, for any other purpose, the language it assumes is clear, express, and unequivocal; but when this Constitution speaks of privileges, there is an ambiguity,"

Trial by Jury, the process due to everyone on an equal footing, is the genuine law of the land, it is the due process due to each volunteer, given generously by each volunteer, and the goal is to establish the truth, to discover, to acknowledge, and to employ the facts that matter in any case.

When criminals took over in 1789, they lied, they threatened bodily harm, and after they took over they began routine assaults upon the people, they routinely lied to, threatened, and assaulted the very same people that they claimed to be protecting and serving; a clear, unambiguous, inarguable, self-evident, fact.

THE COURT: Let me ask you, do all of you
agree with this verdict?

THE JURY: Yes (In unison).

THE COURT: In answer to the
question did Loyd Jowers participate in a
conspiracy to do harm to Dr. Martin Luther
King, your answer is yes.

Do you also find that others, including
governmental agencies, were parties to
this conspiracy as alleged by the defendant?
Your answer to that one is also yes.

And the total amount of damages
you find for the plaintiffs entitled to is
one hundred dollars. Is that your verdict?

THE JURY: Yes (In unison).

That is on the official record in this place America. A Legal Fiction (no one in the counterfeit government was held to account) is on the record perpetrating conspiracy murder. The verdict is on the official record: The Government Conspires to Murder, and The Government Murders. Who exactly?

That is not our government. Our government finds the perpetrators in fact. Our government does not continue to feed the criminals who counterfeit government. The peaceful solution, while a peaceful solution remains in our power, is clearly spelled out in no uncertain terms. We have to volunteer to hold perpetrators to an accurate accounting of the facts that matter, and we as a whole people CONSTITUTE the judges of fact, as a matter of fact, on the official record; factually.
