I agree that anything on that list might be one of the least interesting things about me.

But I think that those things are also close to people's hearts. For example, I'm a trans man. It has been a very hard journey in life for me to come to terms with this thing about myself and to take steps to move forward for my own happiness and wellbeing, which caused emotional torment to some people I cared a lot about.

So, while it's sure not very "interesting," it is wrapped up in a lot of emotion. If someone goes out of their way to push that button, it's going to get a reaction.

Exactly my point. It’s like bitching the sky is blue. And also it lacks any sense of wit so therefore it deserves no real reaction. Idk. Just a thought
