You need to be aware of the powers that been given to the US State and Federal governments during a pandemic or health emergency declaration as affirmed by SCOTUS. All nice and legal.
...States may also take more drastic measures, such as requiring citizens to be tested or vaccinated, even against their will. In Jacobson v. Massachusetts (1905), the Supreme Court considered a challenge to a state law requiring everyone to be vaccinated against smallpox. Henning Jacobson refused vaccination and was convicted. The court upheld the law and Jacobson’s conviction.
“The Constitution,” Justice John Marshall Harlan wrote for a 7-2 majority, “does not import an absolute right in each person to be, at all times and in all circumstances, wholly freed from restraint.” Instead, “a community has the right to protect itself against an epidemic.” Its members “may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand.”
States also have the power, beyond criminal law enforcement, to make quarantine and isolation effective. If presented with widespread noncompliance, governors may call National Guard units to put their orders into force, to safeguard state property and infrastructure, and to maintain the peace. In some states, individuals who violate emergency orders can be detained without charge and held in isolation.
A mandatory vaccination is coming. I can not find anything that would prohibit the State government from requiring that the fast-tracked vaccine to be administered along with an invisible tattoo as proposed by Gates. Essentially, this is new tech can allow the State, public administrators, law enforcement and corporate employers, to check within seconds to make sure that you are “safe” to be around,” and do not pose ‘a danger to the rest of the community.’
The Plandemic conveniently trounces our US constitutional rights just as the mandatory small-pox vaccination did. Also note that the Stares legally extend the current restrictions/lockdowns, shutdown freedom of movement and prosecute non-compliance. I wonder where the camps for the resistors are located.?

I submit that the States have not doen their homework for the most part, as it is clear from the numbers that SARS-CoV2, which causes COVID-19, is less deadly than the flu by at least a magnitude, and possibly two for healthy non-smokers.
The data and the mortality of those with pre-existing conditions of any age clearly show that they are not in any greater danger from COVID-19 than the flu, and at present far less danger from COVID-19 than tuberculosis and hepatitis A.
Armed with these facts, no State should consider itself safe from litigation and massive punitive damages for challenging its due diligence to assert the necessity of draconian measures.
I look forward to those cases, and the lesson it will carry to those power-hungry control freaks hoping to use the virus as an excuse to exercise their power.

@dd54, SCOTUS is clearly still relying on old data, and as the coming litigation cases over forced vaccination and other violations of constitutional rights occur, eventually the court will regard what is now known as "well known," a distinction which only occurs over significant time.
@dd54. Thinkers are an endangered species in Colorado now. Lockstep utopians from California have left the hellhole they made there to come here and do the same to this beautiful state, and for the greater part, Democrats have succeeded, because the "live and let live" Coloradoans like me did not believe it could ever happen. I am almost certainly going to have to leave my beautiful home state if I am to remain free.
