If you want to go all the back to the beginning the oldest know hominid fossil is called Ledi Jaw from near Mogadishu that is about 2.8 million years old. There was no such thing as white or black then.

The comment is about how only people of a certain identity is allowed to portray only their own identity... which is utterly stupid to begin with. That is the whole point of acting.
What we are doing is show the hypocrisy that in some cases it is applied but in other cases we completely rewrite history to fit the new narrative.
Personally I like the all hot girl pirate concept... it is utter nonsense historically... but super entertaining.
