Most likely because he and Joe and Bill and Hillary and everyone else knows her personally and do wish her well since there isn't anyone in Washington that isn't a fucking creep. But let's also talk about the 14 women now who have come out about sexual assault from Joe Biden, 14 women who worked for Obama-Biden who are being ignored.
A "wish her well" is cryptic unless you realize they are all perverts and you still think that its acceptable to vote for an evil person because he is the leader of your team. Seriously, when given the choice of vote for Evil wearing a red shirt or Evil in a blue shirt and you still choose evil over "blank space" then what does that say about you?
